BRIAN TURRENTINE

Brian has over 20 years of experience building luxury custom and spec homes in Horseshoe Bay and the Lake LBJ area. He is known for his quality construction and attention to detail. Brian has a network of elite architects and interior designers that he partners with to ensure high quality home design. He is a resident of Horseshoe Bay and holds a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from Texas A&M University.

DAVID TURRENTINE

David has been in the commercial building business since the 1970’s. In 1978, he started Turrentine Oil Properties, Ltd., where he acquired oil and gas leases and drilled oil wells as an independent oil and gas operator in Texas and New Mexico. David has been a property owner in the Horseshoe Bay area for over 25 years. David, and his son, Brian, have been investing and building in the Highland Lakes area ever since.

SCOTT CARTER

Scott Carter began his construction career in commercial projects in 2016. After gaining experience in luxury home construction in Aspen, Colorado, he returned home to specialize in custom lakefront homes. Scott is a graduate of the University of Georgia.

Susan is local to the Highland Lakes area and has over 20 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience.  Susan is instrumental in TPI's continued success. When she's not working, she loves taking road trips with her husband and being a grandma to 5!

Chase is a Baylor University alumna, graduating in 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communications. After working at Baylor Scott & White, she found her calling in her current position. Residing in Marble Falls, Texas, Chase balances her roles as a mother and wife with her dedication to her career. She finds fulfillment working for the family business, where she contributes her skills and expertise.

We also discuss timelines and provide insights into what you can expect throughout the process.

SITE SELECTION

Finding the ideal location is paramount. Explore our inventory of lakefront properties on Lake LBJ or bring us to your own lot. Our partnership with Horseshoe Bay Resort Realty ensures expert guidance in selecting the perfect build site, whether you desire a luxury lakefront residence, a golf course estate, or a home with enchanting Hill Country views.

ARCHITECTURE + DESIGN

With the insights gathered from the initial consultation and your chosen site, our collaboration with architects begins. Conceptual drawings take shape, and we work seamlessly with the city to secure necessary building permits. This phase also involves selecting the perfect interior designer to bring your vision to life.

INTERIOR DESIGN + SPECIFICATIONS

As the house begins to take form, we work closely with the interior designer to infuse personal touches into your custom home. Specifications are outlined to ensure all desired features are incorporated, and a Scope of Work is created to keep the project on track. We carefully review contractor bids and select the best team for your project.

CONSTRUCTION BEGINS

The journey from design to reality kicks off as construction begins. We maintain rigorous standards throughout, collaborating with designers and subcontractors to ensure the quality meets our high standards and your expectations. Regular progress updates keep you informed every step of the way.

COMPLETION + MOVE IN

As your custom home nears completion, we work with you to determine the move-in date. A thorough walkthrough addresses any questions or concerns, and we provide detailed information on warranties and maintenance needs. All that remains is for you to relax and relish in the joy of your new home.
