President

Brian has over 20 years of experience building luxury custom and spec homes in Horseshoe Bay and the Lake LBJ area. He is known for his quality construction and attention to detail. Brian has a network of elite architects and interior designers that he partners with to ensure high quality home design. He is a resident of Horseshoe Bay and holds a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from Texas A&M University.  

HOW WE DO IT

Initial Client Consultation

This is where we will discuss your needs and preferences, including style of home, square footage, features, and budget. In our initial consultation, we will also discuss timelines and what to expect during the process.

Architecture and Design

Working with the information we gather during Steps One and Two, we then work with architects to start the conceptual drawings. During this step, we also work with the city to secure required building permits. We will also decide on the perfect interior designer for your project.

Construction Begins

We work with the designers and subcontractors throughout the construction process to ensure the quality meets our high standards and your expectations. We will provide progress updates to you regularly.

Selecting Your Home Site

Finding the right location is essential to building your dream home. We have an inventory of lakefront properties on Lake LBJ for you to choose from, or we can build on your lot. We work with experts at Horseshoe Bay Resort Realty who can help you locate the perfect build site – whether you’re looking to build a luxury lakefront home, a golf course estate, or a home with Hill Country views.

Interior Design and Specifications

This is the step where the house begins to take shape. We work with the designer to create the amenities and exterior elements that make your custom home personal to you. Specifications for your home are outlined to ensure that all desired features are included in the design. A Scope of Work is created that will help ensure your home is built on time and within budget. We review contractor bids and select contractors.

Completion and Move In

As your custom home nears completion, we will work with you to determine a move-in date. Prior to move-in, we will conduct a complete walkthrough and address any questions or concerns. We will also explain your warranty and the maintenance needs of your new home. All that’s left to do next is for you to relax and enjoy your new home.
